Client Services Lead (Part time / Contract)
We are seeking a passionate Client Services Lead on a contract basis. In this role, you will be integral to ensuring our legal clients, including law firms, barristers, and government entities, receive excellent support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations & Training: Deliver customised product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand and effectively use our platforms, eBrief Ready and Disclosure Ready.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee and guide the client onboarding process for larger implementations, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to our platform.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs and providing feedback to our product development team.
- Ongoing Client Engagement: Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Data-Driven Solutions: Analyse client usage data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues, ensuring client satisfaction and platform success.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate within the company, representing client interests in product development and improvement initiatives.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our platform for ongoing success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience as a legally trained professional (lawyer/paralegal) or a client services expert with a keen interest in legal technology.
- Comfortable working part-time/remotely supporting legal professionals in utilising innovative tech-enabled legal solutions to enhance client outcomes.
- Previous experience providing demonstration and training to law firms in using legal technology is a prerequisite.
